Hi, I’m Cosette.

I’m an educator, researcher, and experienced tutor who believes that effective tutoring starts with understanding the student in front of you.

Through CR Tutoring, I provide personalized SAT and academic tutoring designed to help students build both the skills and confidence they need to reach their goals.

Students benefit from a clear plan. For SAT students, I recommend a structured preparation period that gives us enough time to cover content, practice strategies, and address individual weaknesses.

About Me

I started tutoring in 2023 with a focus on SAT preparation and have since expanded to support students across a range of academic subjects and goals. Teaching has become one of my favorite parts of my work, and I love finding the explanation, example, or strategy that finally makes a difficult concept click.

I’m especially passionate about being a “math whisperer” for students who struggle with math. I’ve seen how quickly a student’s confidence can change when they realize they’re capable of understanding something they once found intimidating. My goal is to help students build both the skills and the confidence to approach challenging material independently.
